Housing will be organized a follows:
-Hotel Suites are 3 room; 2 bedrooms
-Bedrooms are divided by gender
-Up to 3 per bedroom, each with separate bed
-1 Shared Bathroom
-Small refrigerator, Microwave/Hot Plate-Cable/WiFi access
-Coin Operated Laundry facilities onsite. The cost is $2 a load of
laundry.We have hotel rooms and a few different off-site apartments available
for housing. All of our housing is furnished and have kitchen facilities.

Kitchen crew will be trained and expected to do anything that needs to be done in the kitchen.
As a kitchen helper, participants will be assisting cooks in preparing food and dishes that need
to be served. Employees will also be washing dishes either using a dishwasher to clean plates
and glassware or cleaning pots and pans by hand. Additionally, participants will be responsible
for maintaining a clean workstation, assisting kitchen staff when required and assisting in
overall kitchen cleanliness.
This job requires standing for most of the shift so employees should be in good physical
condition to stand for long periods of time.
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.
Participants will be handling pork products.

As a server, participants will be taking customers’orders, serving food and beverages,
preparing itemized checks, and sometimes accepting payment. Servers may perform
additional duties, which may include escorting guests to tables, serving customers seated at
counters, setting up and clearing tables, and operating a computer based system for making
orders and processing payment.
Servers (also known as wait staff) must be professional, polite, and reliable.
They must speak excellent English to be able to understand and converse with the customers
and they must be able to learn and describe food proficiently. Wait Staff also need to be
familiar with the menu, with how the food is prepared, what it tastes like and if special requests
are allowed. They need to be informed about specials and special events.
Expect anywhere from $150.00-$250.00 average a day in tips. However, I have seen servers
make over $600.00 in tips in a single shift. You will be expected to serve tables with excellent
customer service and do side work and cleaning.
